That seems strange, sorry to hear about this.
Is this something that has started to occur recently, for example after you updated your device or installed a new application?
I would also like to know if this message only appears when you are watching this specific video in your phone or does it appear when playing any video or when you are just browsing any menu / application in your phone?
If it appears anywhere in the phone every fifth minute, could you try and restart your phone in safe mode and see if the same message appears? In safe mode all downloaded applications won't be loaded so we can see if any of them is the cause of this!

Was there any change when the phone was rebooted to safe mode? If have had the time to try that.
If you haven't tried that yet, I'd recommend doing that!
