The fingerprint scanner on SONY X does not recognize my fingerprint.

Hello! On my SONY X there was such a problem: after 30 minutes of waiting the fingerprint scanner stops working, it just can not recognize my fingerprint. The same thing happens after charging the phone. That is, the problem appears after the phone has been idle for more than 30 minutes or more. I'll tell you right away that resetting the settings did not help, the fingerprint scanner is clean and the finger is not wet.
How can I solve this problem?

I would repair the phone with XC but before that you should test it in >>> safe mode for few hours > if you experience the same issue, repair it with XC

Thanks but XC did not help me. Maybe it's in the apparatus itself? I would like to hear the opinion of the representatives of SONY.
