Hello together,
the USB connection between PC and smartphone does not work anymore. I tried it on serveral computers with different usb cables.
If I connect the smartphone to the PC I also miss the selection menü (charging, mtp, ptp...).
I tried the soft reset, but itn´t solve the issue.
How can I make a hard reset? I can´t start the recovery mode (power + volume down).
I think the usb driver at the phone is broken/delete or the port is defectly.
