Watching photos and videos

Hello, 

I made some photos and also filmed with the Sony X Performance camera. But now I have a problem! I can't watch the videos I filmed, it says can't  play the video and with the photos I also can't see them!? What's going on!!???

Where did you stored the videos (internal storage or an SD card)?

The photos and videos I make are stored on a micro sd card.

move some to the internal storage > test it again

Yesterday I made the photo and videos

I just made a photo and it worked!? I can see it!

test the phone on >>> safe mode and report back.
