X Performance tarts, but screen stays gray/blakack)

My XP is about a year old. it started turning off after beeing on for about 2 sec. I assumed it was water damage, so I put it in rice for a couple of days. It still did not work, so I did a software reset via the companion app. The phone now turns on, but the screen is black/gray.
