I purchased an XPERIA X, COMPACT, love the device but I am experiencing an ANNOYING issue with voice calls being terribly distorted when connected to WIFI. The person on the other side of the call can hear me fine but the line on my side of the call is all distorted and garbled. If I switch off WIFI or disconnect from WIFI then the voice calls work perfectly fine. The issue only occurs when I'm connected to WiFi. I have contacted several times to the operator support office (TIGO), they have made some sugestions, but none of them has worked. Finnally they say it is an unknown problem for them and theirs help ends. I like very much the device. Everything works fine except this annoying issue.
Please I will appreciate your help. I do not want to return the phone as a warranty claim.
