Xperia X reboot or shutdown down random ..battery fail ?

Hi, i buy my xperia x o. In 02.17 and now its reboot or shutdown random! Its happening battery level show 40-50-60 % some time it happend, its show some  picture last on screen before reboot/shutdown. I have log on, and noting list in the log show alle action, like open Facebook, open setting, open etc.. But if plug charger, the red light few sec,stop light, light red again, disapear again, then its show Orange! Sometime its flashes 4-6 red flashes , one White, 4-6 red flashes

 again and contune to press power button on.  Its always after recharge its working as normal.. But battery status show "good" og cannot this be trusted? Strange is happening when battery show 40-70% But the phone can working fine on 20:..i think its happend more, on game play, when screen is on! Bad battery?  What do you people think? Sorry bad english, edit some Word..

Now its charge battery 95% and open a app, then its turn off and reboot and no pin need. The green light is now flashes green to White,  1 sec green, 1 sec White.. No light few secound. Now  phone turn on, its light. Red 4-5 sec! Then its show green again. I try safe mode, still happening! Try recovery to default setting, not fix! First week its reboot and shutdown a week. Then its work Great 7-8 days and no reboot or shutdown. Some time get screen black, but if press "power" and vol up, its take screenshot off the screen, and you can call to the phone. Its 3 different problem!

Hi @Galaxee, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this.

Do you experience the same issue in  safe mode? If so you may wish to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. If not, it could be a third party app causing the issue.

If all else fails, I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.

I try safe mode, stil same problem! Try to recovery using pc and Sony program and reinstall firmware.. But did not help. The strange is if it turn off, and try power on, its on 30-120 sec. If i  take charger on, its light red, stop light, then Orange. Its battery dead? If turn on the Phone too fast, it shutdown or reboot... But If have charger 2-3 min it work fine in hour to days! Its happening more If play games using battery (screen ON)  now its shutdown 2 times, turn on and turn screen light down to lowest possible and now write this. Try safe mode, reinstall firmware too default using Sony software (pc) try antimalware, antivirus and used a app log activivity, this report noting in the log. Thats why think its battery is bad? But Phone say battery health status is "good" CPU and device is not high temp.. Think have try use warranty.

Hi , did you got any solution for your xperia issues . My phone is also freezing and restarting automatically . I also tries safe boot mode , software repair and all , but it still continous ?

No its not work.. Dead and no charge a week, then its work 2-3 days.

Then its reboot and screen show last memory on display 1-2 sec .load android! Then its reboot again 2sec - 2 min.

Some time have to charge few min. But ligth flash red,turn on, it disapear 10-30 sec, turn red ligth, 10-15 sec, change ligth color to orange/green.

Some time its stay on,or reboot and the same **bleep** again. Some time its turn off, black screen, 1-3 min its turn on charger ligth red,and show battery level!

But last is strange.. Open a game, screen turn black and flash red dot, but the phone play sound of the game 5-20 sec?

3 differend problem..

 1:  Its reboot and stuck screen from last video memory

(Not need force reboot, it do its self..

2: its turn off (30-60sec to turn on battery level on screen) need to force reboot (pow+ volume up)

3:play sound after turn off screen black and need to use pow+vol up

And i can call on the phone?

Most is this reboot forever hapning 80% 

call and play sounds, the phone is ON,happning 5-10%.

And when got phone on, battery level can be 50-90%..still same, and tested use phone 12 hours witch not charging.  Now its phone dead again! No change, not on use power+vol up. And i hear a week noise charger has if not connected power, then connect charger, noise disapear like shoud be. Its work fine on my old huawei **bleep** phone! Try many differend charger, usb and has use repair firmware from pc.. Not work..  Its not found the phone trow pc anymore.. Only if got on 1 off 3..this dead anything its 4rd ! 

The last its strange, when plug charger on the phone, the charger its make differend sound if toutch the usb on phone up and down.. 

Cant be a problems there?  Some time shake the phone, its one red flash, then dead! Some time its one red flash if unplug and plug again? If its not charge,its still power on battery. A week dead, and still 40-50% battery so its not dead battery! But shake the phone, and its work, reboot, turn off ,black screen but still on!

My xperia work nice too the android update 7.1  security update on 09/17 but still after last update oct,nov?

Just need too find who need use waranty on. Store buy the phone does not exist anymore, and one year its 20.02.2018.
