Do you mean an a390? I think the ax390 is an amplifier 
If you mean the exterior of the camera, I use a microfibre cloth, similar to those supplied with spectacles. They're great at removing greasy fingerprints and if you keep them clean, are non-abrasive.
The interior, including mirror and sensor, is a different matter. A blower brush will often dislodge dust particles, but if there's anything that won't budge using this method you should get it cleaned professionally.
