Hi I’ve tried to update my tv software and it keeps failing and makes my screen go black then I get a white blue white led under the screen and the tv won’t turn on at all I’ve tried to install the latest software using a usb stick still no good any other things to try ?? Thanks tv is a
I’m not sure why it’s only now tried an update it’s been in use everyday and is always connected to the internet I’ve always done the updates when they come up on the screen never had a issue before unless this is a new update they are rolling ??
