Hi @jonesy013 Sorry I don’t know anything about a Oticon TV Adaptor, but with these TVs, you need to make use of the Optical output. I use a Phonak TV Connector for my hearing aids. It allows me to have independent volume control without impacting on the normal speaker volume. Does the Oticon TV Adaptor not have a TOSLINK cable to connect to the TV’s Optical output?
