Bluray player

When I try to play video files from USB I keep getting a message ;   file corrupt or unsupported
Can you help ?

Hi there

Its more than likely that the Bluray player does not support the codec that you are trying to play. As you havent provided a model number of your bluray player, I cant tell you which codecs your bluray player supports, however they are in the manual - so download the PDF manual from Sony Support website and it should be closer to the end of the PDF manual.
