Recently purchased a new system....TV is KD55SD8505, bluray is BDPS6500 and home theatre system HTRT3. Home theatre is connected to tv via hdmi into arc port and tv is connected to bluray via hdmi cable.
On playing blurays sound comes out through sound bar and subwoofer but NOT through satelittle speakers. Test tone shows that all speakers emit sound. I have been back into the store I bought it from and they are having the same issue.
Can anyone suggest a solution? All settings are in factory setting mode. I have spent about 2 months trying different configurations but nothing seems to work.
Feeling very frustrated as I was told this should be a plug and play system.
