Need help, Strange Bar on the top of screen and touch signals!

Hey guys...

I have a Xperia Neo V, with ICS 4.0.3 Nordic...

And today my phone was working correctly and i did put it in my backpack

Few minutes ago when i took it from my backpack, the screen was with a strange bar on the top and it shows:

P: 0/1    | dX: 0.0    | dY: 0.0   |Yv: 0.0   | Prs: 0.13   | Size: 0.15   |

And when i touch the screen, these values changes acordding to the localization where i touch and it makes like a DRAW where i touch with a crosshair where my finger is...

I really dont know what happend and i would be very great if someone could help me

Can i ask la? my odyssey s1 has a graph like on top of the screen  i dont know where is the developer settings even pointer location pls help me find it

Thanks for the info. Got a Motorola and had this happen, was wondering how to fix
