Phone won't power on

my phone has stopped working.

There was no issue with charge,and everything was fine but suddenly it has stopped working.

I have tried various things-- reinserted the battery,again charged the phone,but it is not opening..:(

Please,suggest me what to do? and what is the issue?

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours
