Hi, greetings!
can anyone help me? I've been having this continous and annoying reboot loop problem since yesterday in my Xperia Arc. It started when the phone started to lagg a bit then i tried removing the battery from the case, tried turning it on after a few minutes then this reboot loop started to occur. Since then it hasn't made a single successful boot. Tried connecting it to a PC to try and solving it using a PC companion but the app can't recognize the device due to consistent reboot looping. I tried removing the SD card and/or the SIM as it might cause the problem, I aslo tried inserting a small bit of paper as everyone suggests online inside the battery case, still no luck. .any ideas?
P.S.
I tried browsing for some ideas for repair in these forums but the processes kinda confuses me. I just need a clean and easy repair ASAP. Thanks guys!

thanks will try that in a bit. does it need reformatting and stuff?
plus how do i get my device be recognized in these tools/apps for repair? it keeps on rebooting 😕
I cant get my device be recognised in my pc. .it keeps on rebooting. .i can't back my files up. .help? any ideas?
remove the battery > do NOT try to turn it on > install SUS > restart your PC > run SUS > press and hold back then connect the usb cable > do NOT release the back button > and wait, if that doesn't work restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS and try again
got it. .it has been recognised. thanks.
one more thing, is there a way to backup atleast my contact list in my phone w/o the need for my phone to turn on? coz it just keep on rebooting. I can't transfer my contact list to my SD card 😕
not at all unless you had backed up your contacts with
the backup & restore app
or
synced with google
oh. .ok. .then I have no choice then. .ill just follow the instructions showed by SUS and hopefully it solves the rebooting issue. Best hopes! Thanks mate!
anytime
Hi it's me again. I kinda have a weird hypothesis on why my phone keeps on restarting. .
I tried so hard to boot my phone as long as possible keeping it from restarting. .and noticed that my bluetooth and wi-fi ticker is on. So i turned them off. .suddenly the rebooting stops. .now it works perfectly fine 😕
what could be the problem here? I am so confused 😕
