Sony Xperia SP keeps restarting

I updated my phone to 12.1.A.0.266 a few weeks ago through wifi when Sony released it officially. And now my phone keeps restarting.It doesn't even reach the home screen. Factory reset(under the back panel) and any hard or soft reset doesn't work.

It all started after I updated the phone to the new firmware. The new UI was slow and laggy. Sometimes when I used to pick up the phone speaker used to be switched on.

From a few days, the volume on the screen just showed a horizontal bar and not the actual volume UI.
3-4 days ago Chrome crashed and 2 days ago Google search and Google now crashed. I installed Amazon kindle app for Android last night but that too crashed in the morning.

And from afternoon, the phone itself crashed.

How do I get my phone back to life?

Hi Rohit,
He said that there may be around 550-600 pieces of same model i.e. xperia sp with same problem.
Actually there was a hardware problem.
Some circuit was corrupted and this problem arises due to network problems.. As per him.
Pls don't go to Sony Care... Bcoz they will simply tooks money and doing nothing..
No solution with Sony guys, instead changing motherboard.
U try with some good local technician.

When i updated the video app, my phone began to restart most of the time especially when my 3g is on. So i decided to uninstall the updates but still same thing happened. What should i do cause i cant use my phone when i unplug the charger.

The phone heats up that you cant handle it any longer while the 3g is on. I found out that my phone's temperature was 40°c.

Please fix and give us latest software updates. It would be a big help. Thank you.

I was on coustum rom when i tride to flash stock rom with flashtool system.sin error occured i tried many times but helpless, so i reflashed coustum rom now i am facing restarting problem.. When ever i tried playing videos ,games phone goes off...complitilyblack then it restart... Some time it hapeens on any apps or in any window... Or in boot screen when ever i connect otg devices its suddenly reboot. But when i connect a charger i will not find this problem.i am able to keep my phone alive only by conneting with a charger source ..... And wrong battery values are shown...

I tried use an otg on recovery mode no problems found and battery values are correct while phone is powerd off.....pls helm me  with  a solution.
