Hi,

     It's been almost a month since a logged a fault with my TV and I've been unable to even get a response on the problem.

 

TV is in Warranty and has permanent black shadows at the bottom of the screen.

 

After 3 weeks of chasing for updates via email I was told to "stop emailing because this resets my place in the queue"

 

I have written via email twice to ask how I can complain and have been ignored.

 

I've rang the helpline and have been promised 3 times that a supervisor/manager will call back - they never do.

 

I've rang the helpdesk and asked to complain and been promised the complaints team will call me back and they haven't.

 

I've been told there is no other way to complain or get my fault looked at.

 

Please please please please can someone help me.

Hi, 

     I was finally called by a supervisor on Sunday 9th Aug.

 

Supervisor promised and assured me repeatedly "escalation team will call me back within 1 working day, 2 at the very most".

 

2 days gone and no phone call yet again.

 

Please play back the call made to me, it's just another bunch of empty promises.

 

Pretty much close to tears now, saved for ages to buy my dream TV and all I can do now is throw away a 10 month old TV because Sony refuse to even talk me.

I was finally contacted by Someone called Abdo who promised that a Sony Service centre would be in touch to come and look at the issue.

 

That was 10 days ago, so far no-one has called.

 

I've emailed Abdo 4 times to ask what's happening, had no response.

 

It's now 41 days since I raised this fault.

 

41 days!

 

41 days and still no-one from Sony has even looked at my problem.

 

41 days and still no help.
