SVT1511C5E VIAO Blu Ray problem

I have a brand new VIAO (SVT1511C5E). At the moment its not reading any CD`s, DVD`s or any blu-rays. I checked out device manager and I am getting the error "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)". I wanted to try and reinstall the driver but its not avalible in the list of drivers for this laptop (probaby because the blu-ray wasent default, it was customised so maybe I have the wrong driver.

This is the Blu Ray I have: Pioneer BD-ROM BCD-UD02. I have tried to find the driver online but havent had any success so far.

OS: Windows 8 64 bit.
