Hello everyone! After 9 days of usage my Xperia X I have mentioned the couple of dust under native screen glass. On second day, I gues, there are two more dusts appeared under the screen glass. I return my Xperia to the store and they have send it to official service center. The question is: Is this defect covered by warranty or I will receive a denial? I do not throw my phone, it hasn't interfere with water. I carry it in protective case. Thanks in advance! Sorry for my bad English.

Have you been able to find out what is under the display and is causing this? I'm afraid that I won't be able to assist you with local service cases, however I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and see if they can assist you further with for example, contacting the service centre and check for you.

Hi @RazSK, welcome to our forum and I'm very sorry to hear about this.
This will be a bit tricky for me to answer as this is a Global user based forum and warranty may differ between markets / regions. Therefor I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support and raise this question to them.
Do note that I can not guarantee that they will be able to answer if this is covered by our warranty or not before your device has been examined by trained technician at an authorized service centre.

Unfortunately there no answer from service center. On previous week I was called by phone from the service center and questioned about the problem. And from that moment - no answer. I will definitely inform you when something is happened. Thanks!
Hello! Unfortunately after more than month of waiting - the conclusion of official service center is: "There are no dust under screen". I am totally disappointed about this (((
It is my fourth Sony phone (I'm Sony fan from it was SonyEricsson) but this concern is not plus for all of it.
