Glad you are enjoying your new Xperia X compact.
You dont have to worry about leaving your device charging overnight (although not recommended) ,, as the device is smart enough to cut off power when the battery is fully charged.
It hasn't been mentioned how long the device will learn your charging habits , but it will in due time,. it might need a few more regular charging schedule.
you can learn more about this tech here: http://qnovo.com/
I've had the phone almost four weeks now and there's still no sign of Adaptive Chaging kicking in. I regularly charge from about 11.45pm until 7.45am (except for Fridays when I unplug at about 7.10am).
From other threads I see that a message will pop up when I start to charge if adaptive charging is working. I've had no message and my phone is still getting to 100% at around 2am.
If only there was a manual option where we plugged the phone in and TOLD it when we expected to unplug it!
Has anybody else had to wait this long for it to start? Is there anything I should check that might be preventing it from working?
Thanks,
Kroma
Hello!
Just one question: Am I the only one, who worries about, why that adaptive charging is not connected to the alarm clock?
Another possibility would be, that there was an option to set the 100% load manual.
Otherwise, people like me, who stand up at different times almost every day would not be able to use qnovo...
