The usb port does not work

The July upgrade has ruined my cell phone. The usb port does not work (only charges). The August upgrade did not fix the problem.

Hi @Antwnios, I am sorry to hear about this.

Just to confirm, your phone will charge but you cannot transfer data using the USB port, is that correct?

Try enabling USB debugging mode. To do this please go to Settings > About Phone, then tap on the build number until it says "You are now a developer".

Go back to settings, and there will be a new option called "Developer options".

In here, turn on "USB Debugging".

Do you get the data transfer option now?
